GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased the J3 PRO wireless headphones in October 2020. They work very well - very good value for money. I recently lost my charging cable and went to a ROCXF dealer for a replacement cable. They told me they would send replacements free of charge. I think this is excellent customer service worthy of a five star rating. KenCollins
