You get what you pay for... But that's bad.
The surface material of one of the seats is separated from the base material. There are many wrinkles and sagging. The other seat appears to be intact inside. One of the holes underneath where the legs attach had a clamp right in the hole where the pieces were supposed to attach. It took a bit of digging, but I was able to remove the brace and finally assemble the chair.
