I had a different pregnancy pillow but I was struggling with overheating and terrible sciatica. Bought this one night in extreme desperation. Both of these issues have been completely resolved since switching to this new pad. Deducted 1 star because I really hate the silicone "pebbles" on the ends. There's nothing worse than rubbing a piece of silicone in the middle of the night, especially when hair gets caught on it. Excess fabric can also be a nuisance if you have sensory issues with loose linens. Overall, the pros far outweigh the cons. I also think it will work as a nursing pillow post pregnancy!
