Plastic backs don't work

I've tried 6 and all have failed. Then I took one of my originals that worked fine. The back just doesn't fit. It comes in a horribly assembled box with a mess, sloppily laid out and not ready to use. You have to peel off all the metal fronts (they are mixed) and the plastic backs (very cheap and fussy). These are very cheap materials for making buttons.
