Review on TruQC by Bret Wong

The ability for my technicians in remote locations have quick access into their data without having to be at an office location or even home with me! I can also see what is coming up next so it helps keep them from getting behind schedule/overdue which are both huge problems when you don't manage expectations correctly early enough!! If there was one thing that would help make this system better, its being able to use more than just 1 device per person but we'll get around those issues soon.

It makes scheduling people easier as well because all they need do now is take off of whatever computer or tablet I'm using (which will then automatically go back online).
