looked great. worked great. So far the strap has not come loose after 3 months of use. The stitching is intact, the strap is torn in half just above the top stitch. Used 3-4 times a week as a work bag and to carry a laptop. It'll probably last longer if you don't carry a ton of stuff around with you every time you use it. The extra insert will come in handy and I will be using it with a new bag I just bought (with stronger canvas straps).
