Good for disconnecting oyster from top and bottom shells.

The little knives are nice for getting in between the top and bottom shells. I found that a small flat head screwdriver works much better at breaking the hinge as I bent one of the knives attempting this. Luckily I haven’t found out how much protection the gloves provide.
