I read the bad reviews (because I always do) and disagree with all of them. Based on my experience I would guess that these are either competitors or people who can't follow basic instructions. The parts are sent in plastic bags with a letter indicating which part it is. The instruction clearly tells you how to assemble. That would be a good, very simple interview technique. If you can't assemble it with these instructions then you're not set (and if you need a saw I don't know what to say lol). Yes, the tubes may need some help to fully get into place, but you can use a magazine, book, or something to help. Light. Took me about 3 minutes total. Done and happy!
