Most Tesla owners use a USB stick or Micro SD card with an adapter to record with TeslaCam and Sentry Mode. USB sticks/adapters often get in the way when storing things on the center console, sometimes resulting in the USB stick or adapter being disconnected from the port and recording stopping abruptly. The USB 90° Angled Adapter solves this problem by inserting the USB or adapter at the bottom to save space and avoid recording interruptions. Because now the 90° adapter can withstand extreme temperatures and does not overheat. I've also found that small USB sticks don't overheat either, which is a common issue when using USB sticks with TeslaCam and Sentry Mode as they aren't designed to be constantly overwritten compared to micro SD cards will. I've attached a few photos of what the 90° adapter looks like using a SAMSUNG 256GB SD card with the adapter and a SANDISK UltraFit 128GB USB flash drive (shown) and 256GB. (SANDISK USB sticks are spares and I'll probably remove the 90° adapter if I need to use them as they take up less space). When you connect the 90° adapter and SAMSUNG 256GB with adapter, you will see how much distance there is between them with the micro SD adapter connector visible. At first this annoyed me, but then I realized that such a design could be intentional; Maybe that's why it's easy to remove a USB stick or adapter instead of using force.
