THIN AND NOT SO SOFT

Preserved and washed before use. On first use, the color disappeared in my VERY mild detergent/sink. How do you wash clothes with purple water? The water was moderately warm. They are rough on one side and rough on the other as you can see in the picture. super thin Unfortunately it's going back.
