Review on 💾 High-Performance Oyen Digital Mobius Pro 5C 5-Bay USB-C External Drive Enclosure (3N5-C-M): Efficient Storage Solution for Data Backup and Transfer by Charles Purnell

I got this after switching from separate external drives so I can use my old laptop as a dedicated NAS. I currently have 3 Exos 16TB drives running a mirrored Windows Storage configuration and a Samsung 960 4TB SSD (not part of the storage) inside (with an Oyen 2.5in-on-3, 5 inch adapter). I haven't had any storage space issues, unlike multiple external drives. The SSD is correctly recognized as an SSD by Windows, but Samsung's Magician software cannot recognize it, so don't rely on firmware upgrades in this SSD enclosure. The speed is disappointing but understandable considering all the data bandwidth is on a single USB. Overall build quality is solid and I haven't had any issues after running it 24/7 for months. So this case is a good buy if you don't want to invest in a dedicated system for your disk arrays.
