If you are not completely familiar with the programming logic of these things, be prepared to spend a lot of time looking at the instructions and finding out what the author was trying to convey. There is a good chance you will lock yourself out of the device and get it back. The cables are small and I doubt the current capacity of the device, but once programmed and installed I really like it. I ended up writing my own instructions so other building managers could easily make changes. I would give another star if it weren't for the poorly written instructions.
