This item was recommended to me by a colleague. I have a powder form not a tablet, my favorite is BCAA All Day You May by Rich Piana so let's give it a try. I train at least 4-5 days a week with 4 cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. I've read in other reviews that some use it as a meal replacement or instead of protein powder. It increases protein synthesis in my opinion, but I would never use it as a meal replacement or protein powder. I only have 1 scoop of post workout powder. I've been taking this product for 2 weeks. I will give final feedback after I finish the bath, not sure if this will help at bf% or my devotion is currently at 10.6 at bf%
