**update** One of the shower heads had a small crack after hitting my tiled wall. I wrote to the company, told them about it and they confirmed their guarantee 100%. I just got an email saying they have refunded the cost of the replacement I bought. Absolutely worth every penny! I love this shower head! In fact, I like it so much that I bought the whole set with hose and everything for the house. I use this in my caravan because I don't like hard water. I also like the three different flow settings. Very easy to install, just unscrew / turn on. I told my girlfriend and she bought it too. She said her husband was amazed at the difference.
