Received today and decided to assemble without my husband's help and found I didn't need any help. ready and loaded with shoes 21 pairs plus clearance i would say leave the tubes in their pockets not to forget what size they are because only the pocket isn't labeled on each tube it was pretty easy to follow the pics follow the little hammer made EVERYTHING difference no kidding the only problem was at the top where the fabric goes wasn't clear and didn't really specify which tubes go there it's 3 sizes but i tried those first , which I had the most, and it was right. The frame seems pretty sturdy and light weight making it easy to move around. Holds many shoes and my boots. Hooks are good for umbrellas, keys, scarves
