The best $30 shoe rack money can buy. It consists of metal rods and plastic clips. Durable for its light weight. Impressed with the number of shoes that go with this product. Including assembly gloves. It helps to have them when connecting metal rods that go brackets. I highly recommend it.

The shoe rack was missing all 28 D-pieces holding the tiers together. Without these crucial details, this whole rack is useless. Also missing are the sheets going to the top shelf to keep high heels from falling through. Either it was a returned item and someone removed the pieces before sending it back, or they don't have quality control and missed a whole set of poles and fabric.

It was so easy to put together and I even used the side hooks on the top of my shelf instead of the side as they were in the closet. There were a few spares but I didn't see why because the parts were so strong. I didn't even know there was such a cute swirly design on the top shelf. I like this shoe rack. I really needed it and finally got it because I bought a puppy that loves to chew on my shoes.
