Review on 🎒 The Surge Backpack by The North Face by Chris Cervantes

I have a splatter that I got last year, it's gray. I wanted the same bag in black for hiking. I ordered it but the pockets are wrong. The organizer pocket on the front doesn't reach the bottom of the bag like the gray one. So it's not good for organizing things as it's only about 15cm deep. I am very disappointed with this feature as there is nothing you can do with the bag. North side, why and when was it changed? I received a defective bag? - Update 06/08/19 - Request sent to both bags and to north side with master key. I haven't received a response from any company for eight days.
