Good choice for everyday wear. with some flaws

I almost didn't return this bag and chose the Osprey Cyber but the NF Surge layout convinced me to stick with it. BENEFITS - Good internal organization - great overall layout and lots of accessible pockets - handle on the back comes in handy in many travel situations - deep and expandable main compartment can hold a lot of stuff - laptop fits perfectly in a bag MINUS - too many straps! - chest and waist straps don't fit detachably - build quality isn't within a mile of Osprey - branding is…

Something is wrong with this bag.

I have a splatter that I got last year, it's gray. I wanted the same bag in black for hiking. I ordered it but the pockets are wrong. The organizer pocket on the front doesn't reach the bottom of the bag like the gray one. So it's not good for organizing things as it's only about 15cm deep. I am very disappointed with this feature as there is nothing you can do with the bag. North side, why and when was it changed? I received a defective bag? - Update 06/08/19 - Request sent to both bags and to

Nice city bag. Very big, looks professional, can take a lot; loud flash!

I have a Surface Pro (if you have one), an iPad, an umbrella, a book, a light switch (if you have one), a mini toothbrush/floss/paste, pens, a USB cable, a backup Battery, a USB charger and some other miscellaneous things in this bag. I could probably add my work laptop and a change of clothes and there was still room for lunch! It's VERY big, which is great. I take it with me when I take the train from the suburbs to downtown Chicago. He doesn't interfere. It has two straps as well as a top…
