I almost didn't return this bag and chose the Osprey Cyber but the NF Surge layout convinced me to stick with it. BENEFITS - Good internal organization - great overall layout and lots of accessible pockets - handle on the back comes in handy in many travel situations - deep and expandable main compartment can hold a lot of stuff - laptop fits perfectly in a bag MINUS - too many straps! - chest and waist straps don't fit detachably - build quality isn't within a mile of Osprey - branding is distracting - overall it doesn't look that professional - side straps often get in the way when using front and main zippers
