Review on Elegant Grand Parfums Bottles Atomizer by Carmen White

This device does work as advertised but there are no instructions and perhaps the manufacturer thought it was such a simple device that no instructions were needed. I returned almost the entire purchase of 6 units. The problem was that after filling the block with liquid, the block leaked because I couldn't keep the atomizer in the block. What's missing or what you don't know is that after you fill it with liquid, you have to press very, very hard on the atomizer head until it snaps into place. If this is not done correctly, the device will leak. Without this question I would have given an overall rating of 5 stars as the device certainly works and performs well. Now refueling is a different question or problem. Again no instructions. You need pliers. I used regular pliers and another pair of long pliers to remove the atomizer so it could be refilled. I don't think an ordinary woman could do that, and maybe she wouldn't even have tools. It's a slow, meticulous, and precise operation. Maybe I should give 2 stars here. As for me, I'm happy with the devices, but I had to sacrifice one to learn how to take the atomizer out of the bottle. I will try to convince the manufacturer to send me a sprayer.
