Is screwed onto the Paasche airbrush and hose. The female QD fitting works with other brands of male QD fittings.

My Paasche airbrush and hose are working fine. I was surprised and happy to find that the female side of this Paasche QD fitting matches the male side of the QD fitting on the Airbrush Grex Tritium.TG my wife bought. I'll find out in a few days if it also fits the male QD fitting that comes with the Harder & Steenbeck Infinity CR+ as that's the next new toy to come out. Designed to fit Paasche hoses and airbrushes, it will not exactly fit other brands of hoses or airbrushes without a threaded adapter,
