Life Changing good for me
I make hash browns every weekend and it’s been nice to not lose pieces of my fingers like with the old grater. Easy to setup, easy to clean. My one negative comment is that the tolerances between the housing and the drum are not tight enough. Even with the plunger inserted at the top, the drum misses portions of the potato and leaves behind little slabs of potato.
