The best thing about this software is that it's free for small businesses, you don't need to pay any money in order to use their service! They have many features available such as uptimes of servers around world which helps me decide where I should host my websites or applications online. It also tells us what are our server problems so we can fix them before they get worse than necessary (or even better). Sometimes there might be some lag but not too much since its only two minutes interval between checks. This gives more confidence when hosting sites with clients because if one site goes down then all other hosted services go offline simultaneously making things difficult unless someone notices immediately.
