Good product for the price but needs revision

I wanted a nice linen/dusty ruffle bed skirt and that's what I got. It's a good weight, good color and I really like the short texture. However, I really needed to read and measure the drop length. I didn't (my mistake) and now I need to cut 2 1/2 inches off the bottom. Keep in mind that it will not look as straight and perfectly built as in the picture. Need a little ironing and steaming to make it look like this. Also, I found an odd spot where random colors were woven into the fabric. Including a rather aggressive fluorescent pink color (see photo). In general I am satisfied. It just needs a bit of work to make it look how I want it.
