This is actually great thermogenesis. Drink tons of water with it for best results. It gives you energy and more focus. Thermogenic makes you sweat more so you lose weight faster. Increased focus makes you want to keep moving, in a way more determined to do what you're doing beyond the energy it takes to do it. For one, it's a kind of tunnel vision (whatever you're doing right now). I prefer thermogenics as a weight loss supplement because I see the best results with them as they speed up metabolism and induce sweating. Whatever you do, you burn more. So even if you just run around the house tidying up, you'll find that you sweat more and burn more in the process, so you get more out of your regular activities and then as you get more strenuous activities, you burn more, more. If you don't drink plenty of water, you won't see the same results. It's like you need water to activate it and really let it work in your body. In addition, you need it to replenish sweat and in general you should definitely drink plenty of water to help your body be healthier. I find they work best for me when I take them first thing in the morning, before I eat or drink anything else. Take one and with a bottle of water and it turns me on. I feel like they don't work as well if I take them with food etc. Start with one to see how you react, then increase to two if needed.
