Great tool for monitoring and management
The ability to see all aspects of your system from multiple angles using different platforms makes it easy to understand what you need to look at when searching out issues / threats etc within an environment; this also allows us quick resolution if there are problems/issues found which can be quite costly otherwise! Nothing really comes across negatively about their product but they could improve some things such as being able to get more information regarding incidents quickly e.g how long has been reported?
Pros
- I like that threatrespond provides real time alerts for both security vulnerabilities & compliance requirements, along with providing reports via email or downloadable excel files upon request in order provide visibility over our IT infrastructure.
Cons
- Reporting is not very user friendly requires too many clicks
