LOVE LOVE LOVE in catering and entertainment

I've been looking for a decent gravy boat for over a year. I was so excited when I stumbled across this at Revain. When it arrived, I poured boiling water into it. The water temperature was 200°F. I close the lid and after three hours I check the temperature, the water temperature was 178°F.
