Good article: chargers and power packs

I used to have one on my bike. Unfortunately the USB ports stopped working (I ride in the rain, I'm not just a fair weather rider) but I didn't realize that until I connected the GPS to go for a bike ride. This device seems to be of better quality and I am very happy with it.
