Completely dry!
My favorite mascara of all time and have been using it for at least 10 years. Disappointed that this product is either not authentic or completely dry. It's usually a two-layer showstopper! But about 15 coats later it still doesn't look like anything and I have naturally long lashes (just very light). It's no better than cheap mascaraπ
