This is a basic no frills phone and is exactly what I wanted and expected. I rarely use my phone at home, but I like it when I have one. This phone fills that need/wish. I like the ringtone very much, it is unique, playful, reminiscent of carnival. It rings loud enough to be heard from multiple rooms, but not too loud to be disruptive or distracting. The volume is good. I can hear callers clearly (note: I'm not hard of hearing) and they can hear me just as well. This phone doesn't bother my voicemail. Another bonus as I need to be able to check my phone when I'm not at home. This also works great for me.
