It's hard to judge something like a pillow as so much is inherently subjective. If you like a hard pillow, you won't like this one. I prefer a softer pillow so I like it a lot. It stays mostly cool enough and soft enough that my head can sink into it a bit, but not so soft that I feel like there's nothing there. My wife thinks it's too soft. Strange, because if you instinctively fluff your pillow before bed you'll fight it, it doesn't pill like a regular down-based pillow. just a little thicker. Lying on my side makes me feel like I want something firmer, but putting another pillow underneath seems too thick. But it doesn't really matter, I've been sleeping on it for a few days now and I feel good with it. The price, at the current list price of $50, would make me very happy. At a full list price of around $100, I'd say it's overpriced.
