I'm so disappointed they don't have the required bushings and washers to install. I was forced to use the old ones because the mechanic had already lifted the Jeep up in the air and installed the rear shock absorbers. Terrible quality control of the parts not included in the box and the cute "Skyjacker" decal that all Jeepers want was just balled up and squeezed into all four boxes like someone carried it in their pocket for a few weeks and then washed their pants . , then put the stickers in the boxes. They seem to run fine, but I have old bushings in the front that are likely to fail due to a lack of spare parts. I would like to include a selection of words here. If I was physically able to do the work myself it wouldn't make me so angry but I had to pay someone to do it and now I have to do it again. Dookie (hope this isn't too hard). Update: Skyjacker sent me the missing bushings and washers with no problem. I wouldn't mind so much if I didn't pay someone to install it because of my back problem. At least the front end is the easiest to access and I can supply the parts I need soon. Many thanks to Skyjacker for securing the product. Another star for that and the longer they're in the better they ride - they do need to be broken in a bit. So close to 5 stars if only the parts were there.
