Review on 2009-2015 Honda Pilot Rear Side A/C Heater Blower Motor Fan Assembly: Efficient Cooling & Heating Solution by Evan Calvert

I had high hopes for this after doing extensive research after my rear fan motor failed on my 2012 Honda Pilot. This one looks the same as the OEM when I compare them side by side. However, when I tried to install this one, it didn't sit on the outside of the fan housing. Not sure if this is a manufacturing defect or just doesn't fit my Honda. I checked the original part, it was easy to install, and I concluded the fit shouldn't be tight. Maybe I could install it on the case, but decided against it because I didn't want to create new problems. I ordered a second one to see if the body might be "out of round" causing it not to seat properly as there is no flex in the groove when trying to install it. I will update my rating when I get a replacement. BTW - you can reach this fan through the console and it was removed by a teddy bear, but that's another story.
