We inherited a caravan from the north. It has survived several sub-zero winters. Even though it was "insulated", there was still a small amount of water in the toilet valve that would freeze and break. When we set up the trailer to test the systems, we had a fountain. A quick search on YouTube and we found several repair videos promoting this product. Access wasn't easy, but it was easy to replace. 100% fully satisfied and this valve works. Highly recommended.
