I was so excited when I received this bag. It's the perfect size for everything I need (for reference, it fits my Chromebook Plus). Side pockets are ideal for a water bottle or cell phone. It's really cute and doesn't look like some other vegan leather products like plastic. The problem is that the quality is really bad. The zipper on the outside pocket broke after a day; If you want to open and close it, you need to be very careful, otherwise the teeth will not hold. (And sometimes, even then, the zipper accidentally pops open.) I can't use the outside pocket at all. And today, a few days after the return period closed, two of the zippers came loose, rendering the bag almost unusable. I got some really high quality products at Revain for the same price (I don't think you should be paying more than $40 for a bag) so that was pretty disappointing.
