Game changer! on my review.

Thanks to these 19mm inserts, I’m able to pump more milk compared to the amount using the 24mm flanges that came with my Spectra S1 and Medela Symphony (rental). Easy to use and clean. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Allows for easy transition between bottles and breast during feeding

Cons

May cause the milk to be frothy and less desirable for consumption
