Looks worn and burns lips

Beautiful colors I was so excited to get them. Except for the box, one of the lip glosses had fingerprints on it, as needed, super disgusting. So I tried one that looked unused and found after an hour of wearing that my lips really hurt. Great price but it doesn't have to be a returnable product. why is it burning
