We have had these shoes for my 5 year old for a few months now and they are fantastic! We live in one of the rainiest places in the US. I got them for school instead of boots and I don't have tegrets. My kid has his wife's flat feet and can easily put these high tops on which is a big plus. His legs come home dry every day and are still perfectly intact. He likes her in every happy mother! We've tried high-end brands but no luck with its feet. It costs money. The elastic "laces" make it easier for smaller children because they don't have to worry about tying the shoelaces. In addition, Velcro fasteners provide additional reinforcement.
