I bought these tires in the fall, and since winter came to our region early, I already had time to test them in difficult winter conditions, and sometimes even in extreme ones. For example, one not very sunny morning, our city was covered with ice after the rain. The roads have turned into a skating rink. To be honest, it was scary to go out in such weather, but to my surprise, the Nordman 7 did an excellent job with this task. "Bear claws" tightly bite into the ice sheet during acceleration and braking. Perhaps this is the main plus of these tires. Perhaps this is, to some extent, from the fact that the rubber is new, but you can definitely say that on ice they ride no worse than some of the more expensive tires that I had to operate. I also had a chance to ride on rolled snow, they drive very worthily, the directional stability is stable at a speed of about 100 km / h. Faster in winter, I think there is no need to go. Another pleasant surprise from the operation of these tires was the noise level. The noise from the spikes is certainly there and audible, but after reading the reviews before buying, I was ready for worse results. In fact, the noise does not cause discomfort, the tires are not particularly buzzing. Driving on dry asphalt does not cause any complaints, especially after rolling, but on wet asphalt it is better to be careful, sometimes abs works when braking, but this, perhaps, applies to all tires with spikes. In general, for a month of operation in various conditions, so far only pleasant impressions from these tires remain, especially if you take into account the price for them. In addition, I would like to recommend Nordman 7 to those who live in regions with a difficult climate, both in the city and outside the city, they work out 100%, and in terms of price / quality ratio, I think these are one of the top tires.
