I was afraid to buy, because there was no dimensional grid, and the reviews went to the side. In the end I settled on a small one which is perfect. I'm 5'10" 144 lbs 27" waist and I'm not the tallest I've ever been. So when I start building muscle again I'll probably buy another medium sized set that fits my feet. Great stretch, great waist, good length. Haven't worked out in them yet but expect them to show sweat and roll up when I squat like all my other spandex shorts. too worried about it as my nose, butt/crotch not sweating. Great colors too, I have green/blue/grey and all three are so pretty
