Horribly inaccurate temperatures
Bought these to use with my Pitboss. Used them for the first time today, smoking 2 pork butts. Probes read at 165. Pulled them out to wrap them. Checked with my old Bluetooth probes and they said they were at 130. Got my old school thermometer that I used for years as a cook and that read at 131. I don't know how a probe can read 35 degrees off, but that's extremely dangerous. Putting in for a refund now.
- Identical to the one that came with my pitboss. Works just as well too.
- No clear advantages over other meat probes
