cute dresses but vary in size

So I have this in royal blue and coral. XL fit perfectly. I am a 14/16, 5'10 180lbs. This floral version is tighter, higher waist/empire and an inch shorter. I will keep it as a run about dress. I ordered the navy blue hoping it would fit like the coral and royal blue, but no, so that was sent back. May try to re-order later.

Soft material, nicely cut, and compliments all day ...It is an inch or 2 longer than I expected, but my age doesn''t start with 1 2 3 or 4 so all is good
