Great but arrived damaged

Was super excited to get this for my newborn but it came damaged unfortunately:( the quality seems to be really good so not sure if was just a defect but we normally love any and everything Itzy ritzy! Pacifier quality is amazing

It’s cute but my baby doesn’t like binky’s but I’ll keep because it’s cute.
