doesn't look like brushed aluminum at all - looks like cheap bathroom contact paper

doesn't look like brushed aluminum at all - looks like cheap bathroom contact paper. But the biggest problem was that it was cut so the grain was top/bottom in the long dimension, not sideways - installed it, then found it looked like junk, and pulled it all back and threw it away. Damn
