I'm currently working with personZie at NCC Group (formerly eGain) in my role as an Account Executive for their B2B software sales business unit so it's been great having access to all aspects from initial onboarding through implementation support services via our account manager! Great people who are extremely customer focused when serving clients within this space - always willing learn about new ideas or processes/tools which could benefit them too! The only thing i can think would be helpful if they were able expand into more geographies rather than just US but otherwise no complaints here :) We're solving problems around engagement rate & conversion rates by implementing different forms / tools such as surveys / questionnaires etc., enabling us target specific audiences according to product interests etc.. This has enabled better lead generation and improved client satisfaction levels overall resulting in increased revenue streams over time I like the way it helps me build my personal brand. The reports are easy to read and understand. It is very easy to use and customize for our specific needs. There is nothing I dislike about this platform right now. We have been able to use it to track our customers' interests and activities over time. Our goal was to bring attention to certain products we sell, but we can also use it to promote ourselves as well.
