We use the backpack for about a month. We expected some water resistance, but the fabric just soaks up water. However, it is thick enough not to get wet on the inside. The zipper is comfortable, often does not close. Inside a spacious pocket with flycatcher closure. Side pockets are durable. You can carry 12 ounces. Water bottle is handy. The front pocket is also well made. It's roomier than I expected and the zipper doesn't close. All in all a decent backpack at the moment.
