Finally something that really works!
Works. Ketones rise significantly in the blood within an hour. Lasts all day too. It really helped me with the "keto flu". I've also noticed that my body uses fat for fuel. After the Bulletproof Coffee I was like an ADD kid but a lot more focused and focussed. Works so well it feels like I cheated to go keto.
