The product came in a universal transparent bag, well packaged with some kind of identification tag but not in Hanes packaging. Product description for medium weight, product label says heavy weight. The product description refers to Comfort Soft, the product label says Comfort Soft, but cotton is ordinary non-soft cotton. I have Comfort Soft in retail but it's not the same at all. In the product description at the bottom of the webpage there is a comparison table showing that Comfort Soft should not be heavyweights. from the product. Judging by other reviews of cheap quality I didn't even try to wash it, I returned it. I would prefer a real product.
