I like that they have great customer service, easy to use dashboard with all of your essential tools for running an online business in one place! They also offer many different plans so you can find what fits best into YOUR budget/needs as well!! Sometimes it's hard when selecting from their options because there are just too MANY things going through my mind at once (especially if we're talking about hosting!). So far everything has been good but sometimes our site will be down or slow during peak times which is frustrating especially since this isn't something out of anyone else's control either - only ours really haha :) Just make sure before signing up how much bandwidth each plan offers depending upon where YOU want traffic coming FROM within Canada & US borders specifically. We've seen some huge increases using them over other providers such as Siteground who was charging us $50+ per month more than TPBH while offering less features overall compared to theirs.
