Worked out for a guy who normally lifts heavy weights
My boyfriend loved these bands. He use to be a physique fitness addict. During the pandemic of covid when he couldn’t go to the gyms he was dying! Luckily I had bought him this for Christmas and it was his only source of having any sort of heavy lifting. He was able to maintain muscle just by simply using these and they also worked out for him with just stretching. Super comfortable and flexible, no issues and he used them almost everyday for months.
